Welcome!

I believe the world needs more people who advocate for those in need. I’m looking to work on building systems that encourage people to stand for what they believe in to influence others to make better and more empathic decisions.  In my personal and professional development, the feedback given me is that I should lean into the drive and inclination to speak up and out for the people in my care. They mention that I embody advocacy and care about my employees.
