About Me

I’ve spent more than 25 years working in software quality and engineering leadership with organizations including Norton, Renaissance Learning, and Humana. Along the way, I’ve rebuilt teams, restored trust, and helped organizations deliver better software. What began as advocacy for customers grew into advocacy for employees, and systems that help both succeed.

As a speaker, educator, and facilitator, I help people navigate difficult conversations, connect across differences, and turn their values into action. My approach draws on professional experience and years of personal growth through the ManKind Project, martial arts, and dance. I believe effective leadership means caring for people and creating the conditions for them to do their best work.
